Land Rich™ was established to focus national attention on the need and opportunity to assist African American, Rural and Inter-Generational Land Owners in Optimizing the Value of Their Real Estate Assets.

This project, which was created by Asset Builders of America Inc (www.assetbuilders.org), arose out of the recognition that low wealth families need a comprehensive array of resources, services and assistance to transform heir property into a more sustainable and marketable framework of ownership.
